BioMetrix updates every month once verified distributor data is received. If your distributors haven't submitted data for a given period, your dashboards will reflect the last available update until new data is supplied.
Can I download the reports to PDF?
No, BioMetrix does not export visual dashboards or charts to PDF. However, you can export the underlying data from any report in Excel or CSV format for use in your own internal reports or analysis.
Does BioMetrix show live data?
BioMetrix dashboards are always accessible, and data is updated every month once we receive verified information from our distributors. Updates depend on data being supplied on time by our partners.
Can we trust the CO₂e figures?
Yes, every BioHygiene product's CO₂e figure is calculated on a cradle-to-grave basis, from raw materials through to end-of-life, following ISO 14067 and the GHG Protocol Product Standard. Manufacturing emissions carry independent verification via Neutral Carbon Zone Gold Certification, and full technical detail is available in our methodology document.
